Mike and his crew are the ONLY place we take our vehicles for mechanical issues. There have been several times where we've expected one thing and it ended up being something pretty minor. They have never tried to upsell or overcharge us. Great service!

My repairs were more extensive then I thought they were. I am glad I had St Croix auto do the work. It almost definitely saved me many headaches. I appreciate the customer service service after it was complete.

I took my 2014 Lincoln MKT in because I noticed an unfamiliar noise emanating from the front. I indicated that it was best to listen to it on smooth asphalt surfaces. Nick called after they took it for a road test and indicated that could hear it as well. While there was no one thing causing the noise, they collectively felt the right wheel bearing was the cause. While it was an expensive fix, I decided to go along with their diagnosis and proceed with the fix. To my delight, the bearing was in fact the problem. I will be using St. Croix Automotive for all my car repair needs!

I told them to change plugs ,give it a basic tune up. I still got charged 128.00, for them to figure it out. That it needed tune up. On top of that it still don't like starting once motor warmed up.

Mike and his men are 2nd to none extremely professional, very informative, and don't send you away with a grocery list of stuff you need done. They explain to you what might need to be addressed or aware of at a later time. I'm sure somebody will have different thoughts on this. Customer of almost 20 years. Shocks & struts replaced 8/18/22 just before that plugs,wires,all fluids, filters, engine fog,they always have been top notch no comparison 👌 👍

Reasonable price and great service. I would recommend anyone with a car problem to allow them to give you an estimate.
