I had transmission issues in October 2022 with my 2003 GMC envoy. Not knowing where I should take it, I decided to try St. Croix Automotive. An appointment was made for a diagnosis the very next morning. At 8:30am the technician invited me to ride along for evaluation. It was determined that my transmission needed replacement. From that point forward, St Croix Auto made all the arrangements for a replacement in a timely manner. The installation was done in a day, and I couldn't be happier with their service. All the associates I spoke to were open with any questions I had. 2 months later I found fluid leak and returned to St Croix to see if it was transmission related. An appointment was made and a diagnosis revealed rack & pinion fluid line had a small leak. I made the call not to fix at this time and was ready to pay for the diagnostic service. To my surprise, I was told No Charge. I even protested but was told Merry Christmas. I will return for future repairs and recommend to any who ask. Dan S.

People are very friendly but their prices are a complete rip off. Tried to charge me 600 dollars to replace a blower motor and resistor. Parts costed 57$ and 70$ your telling me three bolts and changing a plug is 475$ worth of labor? Brought it somewhere else fixed with parts cost for 140$ total

Service was exceptional. Returned my call right away and and got me back on the road early than first expected. Will definitely use again.

Saint Croix automotive has been my auto repair specialist for years. They are professional, honest and always fit me in to their busy schedule. On more than one occasion, I came in, letting them know about a problem that I had only to find out that was not the case and they were honest enough to tell me it was something very minor. You don’t see that a lot with automotive establishments. I highly recommend them For any auto care need.

I called Tuesday afternoon the week of Thanksgiving and was told to bring my SUV in early Wednesday and they had it done within a few hours. The dealership we bought it wanted $1,500. I appreciated they were able to fit me into their busy schedule at the last minute.

Another shop told me my power steering pump was leaking on my truck. I brought it to St. Croix Automotive for a second opinion they found a bad o-ring on one of the connections. Saved me a bunch of money. Thank you.
