These reviews were the selling point for me to make the decision and bring my car here. The bad reviews are like a needle in a haystack. As a first time customer, St. Croix Automotive did such a wonderful job explaining what was wrong, the time it would take for parts to arrive. I did call for an update, and they were able to answer when they could see them being done with the work. The communication, the work and all the transparency, definitely coming back for future work. Did a great job replacing oil cooler on 2016 jeep. Price was slightly lower than other service shops in the area. Great professional service. Definitely would recommend.

Great service!! battery light was coming on during the day. Message them and said we were dropping vehicle off for them to service even thou we knew they were busy and probably wouldnt get to it til the following week. They managed to get it in the following day to look at it, gave us a call and were able to order parts so they could replace the alternator the following week.

Diagnosed the problem, worked with my extended warranty, and fixed the problem. No big surprises, work was done in a day.

I’m very happy with how quickly I got my auto in for service. When I arrived, my car got right in and the rear shocks were installed. After a short time, all was completed and I left, paying the price that I was quoted.
